De route die we globaal gaan volgen van Cairns naar Brisbane
ROCKHAMPTON TO CAIRNS Via The Bruce Highway The road between Rockhampton and Cairns skirts the Pacific Ocean and the Great Barrier Reef, and is one of Australia’s most scenic. Major centres along the way include Mackay, Proserpine, Bowen, Townsville, Ingaham and Innisfail. North of Rockhampton you will see the many islands which dot the Great Barrier Reef, and most of them are easily accessible from the major centres along the way. You will also notice the surrounding area becoming more tropical and there are attractive mountains of the Great Dividing Range to the west and many golden beaches along the coast. |
